I prefer to keep my reviews short but I can't guarantee them to be sweet. I don't mind discussing, analyzing, or raving but I'm just an inherently lazy writer/reviewer.

Rainshadow Road - Lisa Kleypas One of the first in a series, it's really breathtaking. I received this book as an ARC from St Martin's and I'm so glad I did. Like other Kleypas's book there is no much sadness, ache and love in this one. Lucy is a wonderful character who is tortured by her family's lack of love. Her tragedy is caused by her young sister Alice who constantly messes up her life. Enter Sam Nolan. His life is raised by alcoholic parents. They meet and magic occurs. This book definitely sets itself apart from the Kleypas's others. I'm definitely looking forward to her upcoming second and third book!
