I prefer to keep my reviews short but I can't guarantee them to be sweet. I don't mind discussing, analyzing, or raving but I'm just an inherently lazy writer/reviewer.

Ballad: A Gathering of Faerie - Maggie Stiefvater Yes, I never read the first book and I don't think I'll bother with it. The prose is as mesmerizing as always but not as developed as it has been in the author's newer books. I liked the idea, the main character, and very nice execution at the end. Overall it was interesting, worth my time, nice faery mythology.
